As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Hazan's LLC. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Hazan's LLC, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. Refunds

We work hard to provide the best automation services possible. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us.

  • Service-Based Refunds: Since our products are digital automation services, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been fully delivered or the subscription period has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.
  • Defective Services: If our service is not functioning as described, please contact our support team at info@hazansllc.com immediately. We will work to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a pro-rated refund may be issued.
  • Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. There are no refunds for partial subscription periods.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days depending on your bank).
